Wells Fargo Securities Vice Chairman, Investment Banking Eric Fornell

Eric Fornell joined Wells Fargo Securities in New York City as vice chairman of investment banking and capital markets in 2012. In this position, he offers Wells Fargo clients a variety of financial strategies and advising services. Eric Fornell is particularly experienced at counseling clients operating in the energy and utility industries.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Eric Fornell worked in executive leadership positions with JPMorgan Chase, J.P.Morgan Securities, and Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Fornell spent four years studying English and economics at Amherst College in Massachusetts. A member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society, he also competed on the school's golf team. Having established himself as a Rhodes Scholar, he spent two years studying abroad at Oxford University in England.

While studying philosophy, politics, and economics at Oxford, he competed with the school against Cambridge and a number of local golf clubs while also rowing second boat for the college's Magdalen College Boat Club. Mr. Fornell also participated with the U.S. Embassy Speakers' Bureau, delivering several presentations to local students on current events in the United States.
