An experienced operations consultant, Matthew Hamory serves KPMG in Boston as principal and is responsible for the firm’s US Consumer and Retail Strategy practice group. He partners with client executives to aid in their efforts to enhance customer service, adapt to market disruption, and drive growth. Before accepting his current position, Matthew Hamory worked as partner with Oliver Wyman, also in Boston. During his tenure with Oliver Wyman, he held several leadership positions within the firm’s North American Retail practice and Global Retail practice.
A businessman active his community, Matthew Hamory supports several local nonprofits. He is involved with the Tenacre Country Day School, through which he has supported Cradles to Crayons, an organization dedicated to providing Boston-area children with educational supplies. Moreover, Mr. Hamory supports military-oriented nonprofits like the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW).
