Lucas Stoioff

Managing Partner of DineAmic Group LLC

Lucas Stoioff is a co-owner and managing partner of DineAmic Group LLC, a gastropub and hospitality development firm he helped found in 2005. A born and raised Chicagoan, he went to New Orleans to attend Loyola University, earning a bachelor's degree in finance in 2003. While there, he worked in events marketing and promotional design at a small New Orleans firm before returning to Chicago to attend John Marshall Law School. While completing his juris doctor studies, Lucas Stoioff and partner David Rekhson designed and built Stone Lotus Lounge, at one time the hottest nightclub in Chicago, and thus launched their hospitality enterprise, DineAmic Group.

Lucas Stoioff worked briefly as a law clerk at the Cook County State's Attorney Office before focusing on DineAmic Group ventures full time. Today, he manages the company's day-to-day creative design work, liquor licensing, finance, and administrative operations. Since 2009, Stoioff and Rekhson have created and managed several high-earning gastropubs in Chicago's Near North Side, including Bull & Bear (est. 2009), Public House Chicago (est. 2011), and Siena Tavern (est. 2013). Stoioff was instrumental in hiring celebrity Top Chef Fabio Viviani for Siena Tavern and opening its first branch location in Miami, Florida.
