Michael Bulmash | Chicago

Michael Bulmash works as an underwriting manager for the Destiny Mortgage Group in Chicago. In his leadership capacity, he reviews mortgage and loan documents before they’re submitted to lenders. His day-to-day responsibilities require him to draw on his knowledge of each lender’s individual pre requisites to decide where best to submit documentation. Also, Michael Bulmash oversees a team of mortgage professionals and reports directly to senior executives at the Chicago firm.

In recognition of Mr. Bulmash’s accomplishments, Destiny Mortgage has named him Employee of the Quarter several times. In addition, the company named the branch where he works Destiny Mortgage Branch of the Year.

Before beginning his career in mortgage underwriting, Mr. Bulmash graduated from Wheeling High School in Illinois. As a student, he competed on the school’s football and track teams for several years. In fact, he remains involved in athletics by playing basketball regularly and coaching his children’s teams.

To foster community engagement, he hosts an annual block party and competes in local Halloween decorating contests.
