Dr. Mark Fesen

Dr. Mark Fesen delivers specialist care to patients with all types of cancer at a Great Bend and Wichita, Kansas-based clinic. Before establishing himself as oncologist, he studied at Rutgers Medical School, which awarded him his doctor of medicine. Following that, he completed his internship and residency in internal medicine through Brown University and Roger Williams General Hospital. Continuing his training, Dr. Mark Fesen underwent his medical oncology fellowship at the National Cancer Institute.

Since completing his medical training, Dr. Mark Fesen has remained active in higher education and research. He serves Rocky Vista University in Parker, Colorado, as assistant clinical professor and conducts research as a National Cooperative Group Clinical Trails investigator. Over the past three decades, he has contributed to numerous published studies, such as those appearing in scholarly journals like the Journal of Biological Chemistry, the European Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences, and the Journal of Clinical Oncology.

Before settling into private practice, Dr. Fesen supported his country as a lieutenant commander in the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps.
