Peter Gregor MD

Peter Gregor, MD, began his career as a cardiologist in Elkins, West Virginia, with Golden Clinic, where he developed a new cardiac critical care unit. In 1981 he established a private cardiology practice that provided non-invasive procedures, critical care, and inpatient consultations to individuals throughout the Gilroy and Morgan Hill regions of California. Over the course of nearly two decades in this role, Peter Gregor, MD, established relationships with a number of medical committees and several local hospitals. More recently, he has managed operations in the heart failure clinic at Owensboro Health Medical Group in Owensboro, Kentucky, as director of echocardiography.

Peter Gregor, MD, received both his bachelor of science in biology and his medical degree from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. He subsequently began his medical training at Queen’s University in Kingston, spending one year as a family and internal medicine fellow before moving into cardiology. He later spent two years as an internal medicine resident at Queen’s University, achieving family medicine and internal medicine certification in both Canada and the United States. Between 1977 and 1979, he completed his training at Queen’s University as a cardiology fellow.
