Thad Jelinske

Immediately prior to his role as the President of Jelinske Law, S.C., where he focused on commercial law and litigation, Thad W. Jelinske served as Mawicke & Goisman, S.C.’s head of litigation. As such, Thad W. Jelinske undertook defense at local, state, and federal levels, including before the Wisconsin Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

With a wide range of experience that encompasses matters involving employment, employee stock ownership plan (ESOP), and tax law, Mr. Jelinske has a track record of effectively resolving particularly complex and/or contentious disputes. His clients have included privately held businesses in addition to large corporations, in areas ranging from manufacturing to commercial and residential real estate.

As a member of Mawicke & Goisman, S.C.’s Management and Steering committees, he guided a law firm with 40 employees that achieved $7 million in annual revenue. He has developed consistent approaches to management, growth, and overall operational efficiencies.

Active with the Wisconsin State Bar, Mr. Jelinske received his JD from Drake University.
