Real estate broker Mrs. Kathy M. Sloane is a graduate of Wheaton College, where she earned a BA in philosophy. She began her career in 1986, joining Brown Harris Stevens as a broker. Since then, Mrs. Kathy Sloane has built a reputation as a competent real estate professional, engineering deals throughout New York City and the eastern United States and ensuring record-breaking prices for luxury properties. Over the course of her career, she has been responsible for the transfer of more than $1 billion worth of property in New York.


In her spare time, Mrs. Sloane enjoys traveling in South America, Eastern Europe, and China. She enjoys watching documentaries, swimming, taking walks in Central Park, and dining out with friends and family. On occasion she attends theatrical productions, her favorite being China Doll and Hamilton.


Often traveling to upstate New York, Mrs. Sloane likes to spend time at her property in Beaverkill Valley in the Catskills, part of a project she helped create working alongside Larry Rockefeller. She serves as a trustee for Four Freedoms Park and the Roosevelt Library and was integral to successful efforts to construct the Louis Kahn FDR Memorial in Four Freedoms Park.
