RaKerry Rahman, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon at Springfield Clinic, LLP, one of the premier spinal centers in the Midwest. With nearly a decade of experience working under medical experts such as Dr. Dan Riew, Dr. Keith Bridwell, and Dr. Lawrence Lenke, RaKerry Rahman, MD, is one of the few doctors in the nation qualified to perform high-risk surgical procedures for adults and children with spinal deformities.

Ra'Kerry Rahman, MD, has earned several awards for his medical research. Notably, he received the Orthopaedic Research and Educational Foundation Resident Grant and the Carroll Orthopaedic Science and Research Foundation Grant during his residency at New York-Presbyterian Hospital at Columbia University. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Ra'Kerry Rahman, MD, has been published in peer-reviewed journals. He has also delivered several podium lectures. Moreover, he continues to follow research about robotically assisted surgical techniques.

Recognizing the difficulties faced by those with debilitating spinal conditions, RaKerry Rahman, MD, is interested in outreach efforts. In addition to supporting Springfield Clinic's travel programs for international patients, he previously served as a volunteer orthopedic surgeon on a mission to Ghana with Dr. Oheneba Boachie.
