Christopher Marc Melton

Christopher Marc Melton serves as portfolio manager and director of research and acquisitions at Callegro Investments, which focuses on the development and management of planned communities in distress. He brings more than 20 years of investment experience to this role. Christopher Marc Melton began his career as a senior real estate equity analyst at RREEF Funds of Deutsche Bank then moved on to manage $500 million in real estate investment trust funds at JP Morgan Investment Management as a vice president and equity research analyst.

After his subsequent tenure as portfolio manager at Kingdon Capital Management, where he oversaw a multimillion-dollar book of investments, Melton established Callegro Investments in Austin, Texas. His role there includes investigating new markets and properties and developing relationships with investors.

He is also a partner in the unique British-themed fashion retailer, Any Old Iron, which opened in Manhattan. The boutique is now based in Nashville, Tennessee.
