With an EdD in educational administration, Nancy Casella teaches graduate-level courses in special education and instructional leadership. She serves as an adjunct professor at both St. John's University and Hunter College, where she presents coursework and supervises students in practicum, fellowship, and student teaching placements. Drawing on the concepts of Charlotte Danielson's Framework for Teaching, Nancy Casella helps new and developing teachers to cultivate pedagogical and classroom management skills.


Particularly focused on the differentiation of instruction, Nancy Casella stands out as the developer of St. Johns University's Serving Diverse Learners course. She has also taught courses in educational politics, curriculum and instruction, mathematics, lieracy and school leadership and administration, both on campus and online.


Nancy Casella holds New York State certification as a school district administrator and school administrator/supervisor.
