A real estate developer, investor and president of his own real estate brokerage with more than three decades of global experience, Scott Prephan leads Prephan Enterprises, a firm that identifies investment opportunities in Ohio, Michigan, other regions of the Midwest, and has recently become interested in South Florida. In addition to heading his development firm and real estate brokerage, he gives real estate seminars to Chinese investors and assists them in completing complex business transactions. In more than 35 trips to China, Scott Prephan has developed a vast network of contacts that helps him match investors with attractive real estate opportunities.
Mr. Prephan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University. Engaged in his field, he belongs to the National Association of Realtors, the Ohio Society of CPAs, and Rotary International.
Away from his professional responsibilities, Scott Prephan enjoys fishing, traveling, and anything related to soccer. An avid sports fan, he counts the Ohio State Buckeyes among his favorite teams.
