Chicago Consultant, Attorney, and Educator John Heintz

The cofounder of the Chicago-based management consulting firm Lydian, Inc., John Heintz advises range of international business executives in fields such as organizational design, sustainability, information technology, human capital organization, and personal contract negotiations. He also provides various leadership and legal services. A graduate of Chicago's John Marshall Law School, he previously served as an associate attorney with the law firm of Scariano Himes & Petrarca and as an adjunct faculty member at John Marshall Law School.


Mr. Heintz's history as an educator also includes tenures with a number of secondary and postsecondary institutions in the United States and abroad. From 2009 to 2015, he advised senior executives as a chief legal officer with Niles Township High School District 219 in Skokie, Illinois. He concurrently served Niles Township High School District 219 as an assistant superintendent for human resources from 2009 to 2014 and an assistant superintendent for operations from 2014 to 2015.
