Hal Shapiro (Scarsdale, NY)

A current resident of Scarsdale, NY, Hal Shapiro completed his secondary education at New Rochelle High School in New Rochelle, New York, and his postsecondary education at the University of Miami (U of M) in Coral Gables, Florida.
