The owner and chief executive officer of Delaware Detailing and Cleaning Services, Inc., Roy H. McIntyre has been a resident of the greater Wilmington area for the majority of his life. Established as a cleaner and detailer of automobiles alone, this organization rapidly expanded to provide commercial and residential janitorial services that range from carpet cleaning and power washing to stripping and waxing floors. Under Roy H. McIntyre’s leadership, the cleaning service also offers post-construction cleanup in the wake of regional building projects.
Roy McIntyre formerly served as a corporal in the United States Marines and a patrolman, field-training officer, community policing professional, SWAT team member, and special FBI task force officer with the Wilmington Police Department. He holds an associate of science in criminal justice from Wilmington University.
Outside of the professional arena, Mr. McIntyre has completed lifeguard training with the American Red Cross. In October of 2016, he married his wife Melissa and honeymooned in the Dominican Republic.
