Stephen Reeder

As CEO of the UCR Group, in Redlands, California, Stephen Reeder develops multifamily, single-family, commercial, and industrial real estate. The most recent project, called Circa 2020, a market rate apartment complex with over 300 units on Lugonia Avenue in Redlands was fully occupied less than a year from completion. With all units of the property leased, Stephen Reeder is currently working on new projects in the Redlands, Loma Linda, Rialto and Fontana communities of the Inland Empire.

In addition to the development projects, Stephen Reeder is dedicated to community support with various organizations. Additionally, he gives monthly contributions for charitable support in the Southern California region including the VA Hospital, Redlands Community Hospital, Loma Linda Medical Center, The City of Hope, John Wayne Cancer Society, and numerous other organizations that strive to provide medical and health assistance throughout the region.  When time allows, Mr. Reeder enjoys outdoor activities like winter sports and boating, as well as, traveling to his favorite locations, Hawaii and Mexico.
