Paul Salib

A graduate of Syracuse University with a bachelor’s degree in finance and New York University with a master’s degree in real estate finance and investment, experienced real estate executive Paul Salib functions as a managing principal at Castellan Real Estate Partners, where he assumes responsibility for the firm’s operations and investments, which carry a value of approximately $750 million. Under Paul Salib’s guidance, Castellan takes ownership of poorly managed properties, many of which are in states of disrepair, and completes a range of renovations, such as fitting new windows, replacing boilers, and implementing safety measures, to the benefit of the property’s current and future tenants.

Beyond his work with Castellan, Paul Salib leverages his extensive experience and education to serve as an assistant adjunct professor at New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate. A member of the New York State Association for Affordable Housing’s Board of Directors, he enjoys playing tennis in his spare time.
