Greg Oldham (Mundelein, IL)

Mundelein, IL, resident Greg Oldham serves as the president of GK Homes, Inc., located in Kenosha, Wisconsin. He and his company purchase distressed homes in Illinois and much of the Midwest, renovate them, and then sell the newly restored properties. As president, Greg Oldham personally sees to every part of the process, aside from the construction labor itself.

Mr. Oldham is also affiliated with LED Industries, where he is responsible for creating and selling LED lighting systems throughout the region. His career in lighting and power dates back to 1979, when he worked with Spokane Solar in Spokane, Washington. Then a general manager, he also served as a member of the Solar Energy Research Institute Advisory Board.

Alongside his business endeavors, Mr. Oldham is active in the Church of Latter Day Saints. He served the church as a Bishop for six years, held the position of mission president in the Milwaukee area for a time, and continues to serve the Chicago Temple in several capacities.
