An attorney and senior executive with more than 30 years of experience in Dallas, Texas, William "Bill" Minick holds a bachelor of business administration with a concentration in finance from Abilene Christian University, a juris doctor from the Pepperdine University School of Law, and a master of laws in taxation from the Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University. During his nine years as a practicing attorney, Bill Minick primarily worked at one of Dallas' largest law firms, where he helped develop a range of pioneering strategies for managing employee injury claims and defense litigation.

Founded in 1994, Bill Minick serves as president of the employee-benefit consulting firm PartnerSource. From its headquarters in Dallas, this firm assists businesses across the United States that have elected to support employee-injury benefit programs outside of their state workers' compensation systems.
