Bill Minick - Experienced Attorney and President of PartnerSource

An attorney and senior executive with more than 30 years of experience in Dallas, Texas, William "Bill" Minick holds a bachelor of business administration with a concentration in finance from Abilene Christian University, a juris doctor from the Pepperdine University School of Law, and a master of laws in taxation from the Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University. During his nine years as a practicing attorney, Bill Minick primarily worked at one of Dallas' largest law firms, where he helped develop a range of pioneering strategies for managing employee injury claims and defense litigation.

Founded in 1994, Bill Minick serves as president of the employee-benefit consulting firm PartnerSource. From its headquarters in Dallas, this firm assists businesses across the United States that have elected to support employee-injury benefit programs outside of their state workers' compensation systems. Specifically, PartnerSource works with large employers that have "nonsubscribed" in the state of Texas or elected the "Oklahoma Option" in the state of Oklahoma.
