A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler Business School with an MBA, Chris Sullivan leverages his training and experience to lead as chief executive officer of Primus Technologies. With a diverse educational background, he first earned a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, and he has since gone on to attend the Executive Education program at Harvard Business School.
Prior to taking on his role as CEO of Primus Technologies, Chris Sullivan served as the company’s vice president of business development and vice president of operations, leading 350 employees in implementing key Lean Manufacturing initiatives. As CEO, he has earned the Governor's Award for Job Creation, having reduced voluntary turnover below 6 percent by expanding compensation and benefits and enhancing safety. He accomplished this while improving customer quality to 99.9 percent.
Committed to charitable giving, Mr. Sullivan has instituted a volunteer paid day off for the company’s employees to serve in the local community. He has also led the company in donating to local organizations, including Bucknell University and the St. John Neumann Regional Academy through the Diocese of Scranton.
