Joyce Storm

An accomplished real estate executive, Joyce Storm brings more than three decades of real estate development, acquisition, and management experience to her position as founder and president of Storm Partners in New York City. In this leadership role, she guides a real estate development and consulting firm that offers services to hedge funds, retailers, private equity firms, and debt funds around the country. Among other notable accomplishments, Joyce Storm led the disposition of the 440-store Woolworth’s chain and spearheaded the consolidation of United Artists, Edwards, and Regal Cinemas' real estate holdings prior to the new entity being taken public.

Ms. Storm was a principal for Wheelock Street Capital. In addition to sourcing direct investments, she forged relationships with a range of operating partners while guiding Wheelock’s retail investment strategy. In her current positions, Ms. Storm draws upon previous leadership roles with companies, such as Sony Retail Entertainment, The Kaplan Group, and The Taubman Company, where she led the development and leasing of premier malls, including the Beverly Center and Cherry Creek Mall.

A prominent figure in her respective field, Ms. Storm is frequently invited to speak at real estate seminars, conferences, and prestigious business schools around the United States.
