Bruce Nosanchuk

Bruce Nosanchuk is the business development officer and owner of Pinnacle Real Estate Group, Inc., a commercial real estate and lending company located in Detroit, Michigan. He has spent more than 25 years in this role, gaining comprehensive experience in real estate transactions involving bridge lending and small business lending, though he is versed in a number of additional types of lending. Bruce Nosanchuk is particularly adept at facilitating creative solutions for emerging start-ups, including hard money lending and stated income or stated asset lending.

Bruce Nosanchuk received his bachelor of science from Michigan State University’s College of Social Science. As a business leader, he attends the International Council of Shopping Centers’ Annual Conference, held yearly in Las Vegas, Nevada, and the annual Michigan Small Business Administration (SBA) Lenders Conference.

Away from work, he likes to relax by spending time outdoors or playing card games such as Texas Hold’em. Also staying physically active, he enjoys playing basketball and softball.
