Graduating summa cum ladue with a bachelor's degree in political science from Truman State University, Beth Klein subsequently earned a juris doctor from the University of Denver. Upon graduation, she was hired as an associate trial attorney with Long & Jaudon. After four years with the firm, Beth Klein established her own commercial litigation and personal injury practice in Boulder, Colorado, where she began working high-profile cases throughout the United States. She even helped a client receive an $18 million verdict in a Dallas, Texas, case that was voted Case of the Year.

In 2003, Beth Klein took on a partner to help grow the firm and focus on her other legal-based interests, which include anti-human trafficking and automobiles. She authored the State of Colorado's anti-human trafficking laws in 2010 and 2011, and is the author of a book on Colorado Auto Law. Moreover, Ms. Klein has delivered presentations on topics, such as working with young jurors, handling evidence, class action lawsuits, and the use of augmented reality as an alternative to medication.
