Tiffany Hustis

Tiffany Hustis, a full-time mother in Madison, Connecticut, is preparing for re-entry into the workforce. She stepped away from working outside the home in the late 2000s, after the birth of her first son. At the time, Tiffany Hustis had recently received a master of arts in school counseling at Boston College, where she developed the skills needed to guide students in a rapidly evolving, diverse society.

While working toward her degree, Tiffany Hustis served as an intern in both Wellesley High School and Lexington High School in Massachusetts. There, she shadowed experienced guidance counselors and observed communication among students, parents, and teachers. She also completed an internship at Gardner Elementary School in Allston, where she built experience working one-on-one with a fifth-grade student.

Tiffany Hustis also draws on experience as a human resources recruiter. She most recently served in this capacity for The Music People, where she sought out candidates for front-end positions. She previously had served as an office manager for Adecco Technical staffing and as a staffing specialist for the Gibbs College Placement Agency, prior to which she led as branch manager for Manpower Incorporated.
