Joseph Kanner

As an undergraduate at the State University of New York at Oswego (SUNY Oswego), Joseph Kanner studied business management with a minor in athletic coaching. While there, he helped to lead SUNY Oswego intramural basketball and baseball teams to championships two years in a row. In addition to his university training, Joseph Kanner completed studies to earn real estate broker licensure in both New York and Florida.  

Currently headquartered in the New York City village of Elmsford, Joseph Kanner manages a number of condos, coops, stand-alone rental units, and properties under the jurisdiction of homeowner associations. As the proprietor of the private real estate business Quantum Management, Mr. Kanner has been working exceptionally long hours for 27 years, performing functions that range from collecting rent and managing tenant relationships to forecasting capital improvement budgets and handling real estate tax issues. In his business endeavors, he considers his most valuable professional assets his natural people skills and meticulous attention to detail.
