Executive administrator Jonathon Karelse currently co-directs NorthFind Partners, a consulting firm that specializes in supply chain management strategies. Educated at the MIT Sloan School of Management in Cambridge, Massachusetts, he has been recognized as a thought-leader by both the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) and the Institute of Business Forecasting and Planning (IBF). Jonathon Karelse has participated in the IBF Supply Chain Conference as both a guest speaker and an executive forum panelist.
Before joining NorthFind Partners in 2012, Jonathon Karelse served as vice president of strategic planning and corporate development for Wholesale Tire Distributors. Additionally, he held the roles of chairman of the Rubber Association of Canada's statistics and forecasting committee and business unit director with Yokohama Tire Canada. Mr. Karelse's insights into new product planning in the replacement tire industry have been published in the Journal of Business Forecasting. He has also been featured in the video series Supply Chain Brain and the industry periodical Tire News.
