Renell Shorter

A Texas-based entrepreneur with financial management expertise, Renell "Rae" Shorter leverages over a decade of experience as an esthetician to serve as owner and stylist at Styles by the Lash Diva. In addition to styling customers' hair, Renell Shorter drives sales of style products and services through advertising campaigns and social media and manages all financial aspects of the company.

Renell Shorter previously owned Lovely Lashes in Utica, Michigan, and also worked at Great Clips and Sport Clips in Plano, Texas. Her experience as a business owner led her to launch Credit Diva of Dallas, through which she offers credit repair services to individuals and small businesses.

Rae Shorter holds a BA in business administration from Central State University and an MBA with a focus in education from Wayne State University. Following receipt of her esthetician license from Michigan College of Beauty in 2003, she spent three years as a cosmetology instructor at Ogle School.
