Reid Hackney

A senior financial executive based in San Antonio, Reid Hackney has provided strategic leadership through periods of rapid growth for several large companies. As vice president and chief financial officer of A’GACI, he oversees financial and information technology functions and has helped the company double in size. Prior to joining A’GACI in 2012, Reid Hackney spent 12 years as senior vice president of finance and chief financial officer for Ascena Retail Group. Charged with creating ground-up infrastructures and overhauling the company’s IT systems, he helped expand the brand to 2600 stores nationwide.

Mr. Hackney attended Pennsylvania State University, where he was treasurer of the Delta Kappa Phi fraternity and student government vice president. He earned a bachelor of science in accounting, and then began his career with the consultancy Touche Ross. Outside of work, Reid Hackney enjoys attending concerts at well-known venues such as Gruene Hall in New Braunfels, as well as visiting San Antonio’s outstanding restaurants.
