Nathan Brown, Auto House

Since 2009, Nathaniel (Nathan) Brown has served as owner of Auto House, a major pre-owned vehicle dealer in North Carolina. In this capacity, he is responsible for customer satisfaction and profit margins, as well as for negotiating deals with consumers. Beyond that, Nathan Brown oversees daily operations at Auto House and is responsible for hiring management positions, planning short- and long-term goals, and motivating his sales team.

A graduate of Catawba College, Nate Brown began his business with the help of soccer teammate Sam Ketner. In 2008, the two friends were unemployed and didn’t have any prospects for work. They soon decided to start their own business. The very first car Mr. Brown and Mr. Ketner sold was a 1996 Ford Ranger, and they used the money from that sale to buy two new cars that quickly sold.

Since then, Mr. Brown has helped Auto House grow to two locations, one in Salisbury and one in Mooresville, North Carolina, and oversees an inventory of about 400 vehicles. These two dealerships have a 4.7 and 4.9 rating respectively on cars.com as well as google and have maintained a strong track record for a great buying process and top-notch customer service.
