What we’re looking for As a Technical Program Manager at Massive Rocket you are responsible for leading complex programs and projects across multiple Massive Rocket, client and vendor teams. Your goal is to drive customer satisfaction through technical program management excellency.

In your role you will manage and govern program budgets, build and allocate kick-ass project teams and drive their delivery towards complete project execution.

You will report program and project statuses and risks. You will proactively spear head risk resolutions and track/report mitigation actions.

You will, in a structured way, to keep internal and external stakeholders updated on the program and project statuses by sending regular progress reports, facilitate Steering Committees.

You will connect the client with Massive Rocket Solution Architects, Business Analysts and Product Manager and facilitate the collection, review and approval of customer business and system requirements.

You will bring your deep technical knowledge to bear on your programs and have meaningful discussion with technology professionals on technical decisions , challenges and architectural evolution of the solution being built.

Responsibilities β€’ Lead and manage large-scale programs, overseeing successful delivery across 2-4 cross-functional teams (including engineering, data, and crm). β€’ Develop and implement comprehensive program plans, timelines, and budgets. β€’ Proactively identify and mitigate program risks and roadblocks, ensuring efficient problem-solving and course correction. β€’ Clearly communicate program progress, challenges, and milestones to senior stakeholders, translating technical complexities into digestible information. β€’ Foster strong collaboration and communication between various teams, promoting a cohesive and efficient project environment. β€’ Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and make data-driven decisions. β€’ Manage staffing and budget allocation for program teams.

Experience β€’ Minimum 5+ years of experience in program management building complex systems in the B2C space. β€’ Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex, multi-team programs on time and within budget. β€’ Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and their effective application in program management. β€’ Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams. β€’ Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability. β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex program issues. β€’ Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana. β€’ English at C1 level

Technical Knowledge: β€’ Strong knowledge of engineering practices and principles. β€’ Working knowledge of modern application architecture patterns and cloud infrastructure concepts. β€’ Familiarity with relevant technologies within the Digital Consumer Engagement space, such as Data Warehouses (Snowflake) CDPs (mParticle), machine learning, CRM ( Braze), Loyalty Engine (Talon.One).
