A lawyer and executive with a wide range of legal and business experience, Bradford Jacob serves as president of EPC Consulting, a multifaceted construction law, claims management, and contract negotiation group with offices in Midlothian, Virginia and Houston, Texas. Educated at the University of Richmond in Virginia, Bradford Jacob earned both his BS in business administration and his JD from this school before launching a prolific career as a lawyer. Following successful periods as an attorney at law firms in Richmond and Norfolk, he founded East West Properties, a Virginia real estate acquisition company, where he purchased and sold approximately $3 million in properties.



From 2006 to 2008, he served as Senior Counsel and Director of Commercial Contracts at Delta-T Corporation, an EPC ethanol company, before assuming a position as Legal Counsel and Director of Contracts (North America) at multinational energy and transportation conglomerate Alstom, SA from 2008-2011 where he managed more than $900 million in power generation projects and served as lead negotiator for over $2 billion in EPC contracts. He is now an integral member of the team at EPC Consulting, where he works on commercial transactions and negotiations for clients in Virginia and around the world.
