Sharif Mahdavian

An experienced leader in the fields of credit analysis and asset-backed securities, Sharif Mahdavian most recently served as vice president of LenderLive Network in Denver, Colorado. His responsibilities with LenderLive focused on expanding and maintaining business opportunities in mortgage loan due diligence services. As a member of the Structured Finance Industry Group, Sharif Mahdavian also participated in key regulatory initiatives, including the TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure rule. A former litigator with over a decade of practice experience, his professional interests include housing finance reform and post-crisis regulatory compliance implementation.

Sharif Mahdavian currently lives in Basking Ridge, New Jersey, with his wife and three children. Mr. Mahdavian is also a private pilot and an active member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association.
